How can I purchase coffee and accessories from Voyage of the Bean?
All our coffees, accessories, and cups are available for purchase online on our Shopify store. Simply choose the items you love, add them to your cart, and complete checkout to place your order.
Do you offer any discounts for new customers?
Yes! New customers enjoy a 10% discount on their first purchase with code NEWCUSTOMER. Enter the code at checkout to redeem.
How does your free shipping work?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. No need to add a code—this discount will automatically apply to eligible orders at checkout.
Can I buy coffee as a one-time purchase or as a subscription?
Currently, we offer all our products for one-time purchase only. If you'd like to see a subscription option, let us know!
Can I send coffee as a gift?
Yes! At checkout, simply select the “Send as a Gift” option, add a personal message, and we’ll take care of the rest.
2. Shipping and Delivery

How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are processed within 48 hours. You’ll receive a tracking link once your package is on its way, so you can follow its journey from our roastery to your doorstep.
How long until I get my coffee accessory?
Delivery times vary depending on the product, as we source our accessories from all over the world. In general, it can take 5 to 15 days or more for your order to arrive. Many of our products go through customs upon reaching the U.S., and processing times can be unpredictable. Once cleared, our logistics team works quickly to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Our coffee, however, is roasted domestically and shipped immediately after roasting to ensure maximum freshness. You can expect your coffee order to arrive quickly so you can enjoy it at its peak flavor.
What are your shipping options?
For standard shipping, orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the U.S. We're working on expanding our reach in the future—stay tuned!
Will my coffee fit in a standard mailbox?
Our packages may not fit in all mailboxes. If no one is available to receive the delivery, your carrier may leave a delivery notice.
